Does anyone know the title of this movie?

It's about three sisters whose parents (i think) have died and left them with this huge ranch, but in order to inherit it they must live together in it for one year and it was difficult for them since they were having some kind of feud. As the three lived in the ranch mysterious killings started to happen, starting with animals then humans. I didn't really finish the movie. Hope any of you could tell me the title. Thanks!
