Is GW causing all these earthquakes?

Someone looked up the stats on another question and it turns out that percentage wise, the earth has actually had fewer earthquakes in the past year...they just happen to be large and approximated to large populations (until this last one but I think it's just getting it's '15 min. of fame' b/c of the other two).
