Who would you keep in fantasy baseball?

Keep Liriano. Doumit is a stubbed toe away from another trip to the DL and a risky hold in any keeper....there are guys who are draftable who will produce just as good of numbers and stay healthy too (or you could re-draft him in the middle of your draft). Romero is a dime a dozen pitcher and easily replaced or even a guy you could pick up again in the draft. Liriano is the best option if for no reason than he is intriging enough to be a trading chip....guys who have had any success tend to be more attractive as trade bait. You might be able to parlay a guy like that into a solid 2nd catcher or a good closer (noting your lack of a good 1st base option...maybe you package Liriano to grab a decent option at 1st).
