Nurses or doctors ..... a chest xray and ekg of the heart should show if there...?

were any abnormalities in the heart or the valve wouldn't they? I know that this is yahoo answers and not a method for true and accurate medical advice but I know there are cardiac nurses and some doctors on here just wondering about opinions. I had a chest xray and ekg and they said they were perfect so just checking
