How many people are aware the 18th Amendment, not read yesterday, was repealed in 1933 by the 21st?

I've read some people complaining the Republicans didn't read the 18th Amendment yesterday. Do they know the 18th Amendment is not valid anymore and hasn't been since 1933 when the 21st Amendment repealed the 18th, or are they just grasping at desperate straws?
