How can i open up business in vegas -- burlesque nazi slavery?

want to open like burlesque club possibly in vegas (tiny bikinis, lingerie, no though) in vegas wit nazi memorabilia slavery memorabilia, lil shrunken heads, crack epidemic in 80s in the U.S. phobia, native americans being killed, Japanese internment camps, etc and and other controversial crap hanging up is this at all legal? well i am not anti american or anything just wanna do something controversial -- want to call the place "Gothic Times" or "American Gothic" b/c gothic modern times means anything 'dark' or 'grim' what u think of this business model would u come to my place?
