3 questions about drilling:?

First off you need to ask your landlord. Most drills are 3/8" but the more expansive heavy duty drills are 1/2". I would go to Harbor Freight Tools and buy a cheap electric drill. If not at Harbor Freight Tools just buy a cheap black and decker or something like that. Hope this helped!!!
