Question about Pokemon Dream World?

Ok. soo i've been playing for quite a long time in the dream world.. but i still dont know how to unlock the other pokemon moves... they appear like thi ( ************ ) do i have to win the game with a certain ammount of points to unlock both of them? thank you! ;)
