If May was suspended for 3 games, why wasn't Radulov suspended for more games?

I don't particularly like Brad May's style of play and perhaps his suspension is appropriate. However, the Ducks seem to be dealt with penalties and suspensions more harshly than other teams. I mean, look at BOOgard. He is just one knee-to-knee hit away from ending someone's career. He is just BLATANT about what he's trying to do. The only reason he hasn't is because the Ducks he's going after are just too fast. Blind-sided hits and knee-to-knee hits are just plain nasty and should be punished by the NHL immediately and harshly. Dropping the gloves...part of the game. Side note: Burke was an idiot for trading Shane O'Brien..the kid had heart. The two top draft picks he got for him not worth the price. And trading a top prospective goalie for Brad May???? What the hell was that all about???
