Everything happens for a reason?

I fail to see the logic behind this. I sold my home and my family moved acrossed country for a job. We bought a house in this failing economy and sold outr old one at 45,000 below value. I ruined my credit subsequently, but was all good, I had my dream job with lots of oppertunity for growth. Then I started having issues with the girl I was partnered with. I tried resolving it between ourselves and when this didnt work I told my supervisor. long story short- she slandered me and because I was still on probation they didnt ask my side-never even told me there was an issue- and I lost my job. I was the very modle pf what I should be in my job. Now I will be unable to go back to school, am in financial peril, lost my sons an my health insurance, and have no prospects. So, whats the great plan behind this?
