Why is my boy friend doing this in public?

We went to the fair last night and we were just hanging out and my boyfriend kept coming behind me and put his hands in my pants in front of everybody and he didn't care. He was being to freaky and it seems like he was too horny and his breathe smell like he been drinking. This is the 3rd time he did this whenever we go out especially with our friends. He is so embarring, okay whenever he sees another guy checking me out, hes ready to fight! I told him not to drink before we go out in public anymore but he still going to do what he wants and he doesn't know how humiliated i was last night. I had to leave from the fair with my friends because i was pissed off. I had 5 missed calls of him from last night and i didn't hear my phone ring because it was on silent. I called his phone back all day and he neva did picked up the phone. I called his friend and his friend told me he doesn't know where he at and he talked to him this morning and he seem like he was mad about something. I don't know whats up with my boyfriend lately, I don't know if he was fully drunk or half drunk but the way he was acting like an last night wasn't him. We been together for 10 months and he always been a good boyfriend to me but hes been drinking to much and wasn't being the same person lately. I love him but i don't know if we can continued this relationship we have.
