Can I get immunity for turning in my wife for joint returns?

My wife underreported her income as a waitress by an actual 88% for 11 years prior to our marriage, 9 years during our marriage filing jointly, and 1 year filing separately after that. We're still married and currently going through a divorce. Is it unheard of for me to swing a deal with IRS to give me immunity for turning her in? The total is $1.3M including penalties/interest. I just need to avoid receiving a criminal record myself on this. I can also turn in her boss for hundreds of thousands of dollars he hid. I can't find any info on this. Thank you.
